Lea Lea Women’s Golf Club

Board Meeting

The meeting was called to order by Jayne Williams at 2:33 pm at Jayne’s home.

In attendance: Jayne Willams, Julie Adolf, Randi Wilson, Laura Miller, Sara Ito, Jo Quinn, and Sandy Mackey. 

Old Business: 

Minutes were read from the previous board meeting by Laura. Randi moved to approve and Jayne seconded the motion to approve the minutes.

Treasurer’s report:

Jo Quinn reported that there are 18 renewals for the Lea Lea Membership dues for next year. There was one non-renewal by Laurie Hillyard. We have one new member who is Sue Fogel’s sister Monica Harmon.

Ghin has gone up $ 5.00.

Sara will teach Jo how to renew on Dec 31 for the next year as she will be moving in the spring.

Julie made a motion to approve and Randi seconded to approve the Treasure’s report. The motion was passed unanimously.

New Business:

For the upcoming Tournaments we will sign up on Paani email.

Each Tournament chair will send out the email through Paani when closer to the tournament.

Website update:.

Sandy talked about looking at another Website called Wix as a possibility instead of Word Press next year as Word Press is already paid for.

Play day update: Randi said there will be no play dates on Christmas Day or New Year’s day this year.

Other Business:

We discussed possible candidates for the board for 2026-2027 year. 

Julie moved and Randi seconded to adjourn the meeting at 3:15 pm.
