Old Business:

Minutes were reviewed individually for the previous Board meeting on 11/25/2024.

Jayne Williams moved to approve and Sandy Mackey seconded the motion to approve the minutes.

Treasure’s Report:

Jo Quinn presented the financial report with a cash balance of $395.30 as of 12/31/2024

Jo Quinn felt we needed to discuss that with having such a low balance we needed to adjust the budget for 2025 or we would have a deficit after tournaments were paid out. She presented us with a 2025 proposed budget. Eliminating 2 Tournaments will help lower the costs. Adjusting  the cost of the Club Championship and cost of Ace Tournament would also help lower costs. Incorporating the cost of Tee Packages into the budget for each tournament was discussed.

Sandy Mackey motioned to approve the new budget for 2025.Julie Adolf seconded to approve the new budget for 2025 that Jo Quinn proposed. The motion was unanimously approved.

New Business:

We discussed eliminating the Lea Lea Tournament and the Hometown Tournament to help with our budget. We have a lower number of Lea Lea members which is also creating the need to eliminate these 2 tournaments for 2025.

We discussed adjusting  the cost of the Club Championship and cost of Ace Tournament to help balance the budget .The tee packet cost needs to be adjusted into the price of each tournament.

Sandy Mackey moved and Randi Wilson seconded the motion to eliminate the Lea Lea Tournament and the Home Town tournament for 2025 and an adjustment to lower the the cost of the Club Championship Tournament and the Ace Tournament with Tee Packages included in total cost of the tournament.

Web Site updates. Sandy Mackey will make changes to eliminate the Lea Lea Tournament and the Home Town Tournament on the website.

Jo Quinn made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Jayne seconded the motion at 2:30 pm .
