Lea Lea Women’s Club
Board Meeting
The meeting was called to order by President Jayne Willams at 1:44 pm at the Bank of Hawaii meeting room.
In attendance were: Jayne Williams, Laura Miller, Julie Adolf, Randi Wilson, Jo Quinn, and Sandy Mackey.
Old Business:
Minutes were reviewed individually and Sandy moved to approve and Randi seconded the motion to approve the minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report:
Jo Quinn said the Lea Lea 2024 Budget income balance in checking is $1,231.32.
New Business:
The dates are set for the Tournaments for 2025 and Tournament Chairs.

- Pick a partner- Jan 23- Jayne Williams and Pam Miller
- Lea Lea Cup- Feb 6 – Diana Ilstrup and ?
- Club Championship- Feb 18 & 20 – Sara Ito and Randi Wilson
- Ace of Aces- Tues March 4- Jo Quinn
- Hometown Tourney- Nov 14 -Julie Adolf and Jayne Williams
- Lea Lea Luncheon – March 5 -Pam Miller
Lea Lea Cup Discussion: We all think it should be formatted as a scramble.
Julie motioned that we still have a one Lea Lea tournament formatted as a scramble.
Randi seconded the motion.
Hometown Tourney: We discussed and decided the date should be Thursday Nov 14 at Makani.
Tuesday Play Day: Not enough members playing on Tuesdays and Jayne motioned that we cancel Kona Country Club tee times and Julie seconded the motion.
Ghin dues: We will continue to collect Ghin dues for members.
Other Business:
Lea Lea Facebook group page to be set up by Jayne Williams.This could promote new members.
Sandy Mackey motioned to adjourn the meeting at 2:22 pm and Jo Quinn seconded the motion.
