Chair Duties: As Thursday Play Day Chair you should check to be sure enough tee times are booked. Cancel any unused tee times by Tuesday afternoon before play. You are also responsible for organizing the day’s game and paying the winners. And determining the low net that day for the Ace of the Month competition.
Pick a game, any game YOU choose to play. Pick the 19th hole location where you will gather after golf and pay the winners of your game. There is an individual suggested payout chart on this website. See the main Menu, Games&Payouts.
Wednesday a.m. you will email Peggy Ciriako, peggy@konagolf.com, with pairings. Also email participants with pairings and any other information. Group email is paani@lealeagolfkona.com. Individual members’ email addresses are on this website under Menu, Roster. Password is the same as for Signup Sheets.
Day of play arrive by 7:30. Collect day’s play entry fee, usually $5 from each player. Make any changes needed to the pairings or game. Make an announcement of the game, any special rules and 19th hole location.
