Founded in 1967 and we play every Thursday at Kona Country Club. We also play on Tuesdays December through April. Lea Lea welcomes all women golfers who want to play golf and have fun. We do have a handicap limit of 36 which you must be at or below when you join. Once you are a member if your handicap slips over 36 you will be limited to 36 for Lea Lea Play Days and Events.
We play several special one or two day events throughout the year. We hold our major events in January-February because that is when most of our members are in Kona.

FYI – Inquiring minds have asked why our group email is named Paani. According to my Pocket Hawaiian Dictionary Paani means ‘play, sport, game, amusement, joke’ which seems to sum up who we are.
